Client View Tutorial

You may have noticed a new look when clients log in to your secure client portal.

First, the new client portal is mobile friendly, working just like a native app. Clients with compatible mobile devices can now add your portal icon to their mobile phone, making it easy for them to send documents and private communications.

We have enabled the mobile phone camera, so clients can take a picture of tax forms and easily upload through their mobile devices.

In addition, we have made the user interface more familiar and easier to navigate. Clients can quickly see all of their documents and secure messages, schedule appointments and even leave reviews. Clients will use the same login information as before, just a new secure url.
