# Having Trouble Logging In?

Please enter your username or email address and password to login.

- If you can't remember your **username** or don't have an email address registered please contact your administrator.
- If you can't remember your **password,** please click 'Forgot Password' and a password reset email will be sent to you.

The system will lock you out after 3 bad login attempts. If you are locked out of the Portal admin, it will remain locked for one hour from the initial lock out time. You can click the forget password link to reset the password after one hour.
