How to Grant Domain Access for Your Website Launch

Before launching your new website, we’ll need access to your domain provider account to connect your domain. Once access is granted, we’ll complete setup and coordinate launch.

As we prepare to launch your new website, we’ll need access to your domain provider so we can connect your domain and complete the go-live process.

The easiest and most secure way to do this is by adding us as an admin (or delegate) on your domain account.

Please add the following email as an admin user:
domainassist@countingworkspro.com

We've included instructions for the most common domain providers below:


GoDaddy

If your domain is managed through GoDaddy, follow their guide here:

Quick Steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Account Settings → Delegate Access
  3. Click Invite to Access
  4. Enter:
    • Name: CountingWorks
    • Email: domainassist@countingworkspro.com
  5. Select Products & Domains (Full Access)
  6. Send invite

Bluehost

If your domain is with Bluehost:
https://www.bluehost.com/help/article/am-users-roles 

Quick Steps:

  1. Log in to your Bluehost account
  2. Go to Account → Users → Add User
  3. Enter:
    • Email: domainassist@countingworkspro.com
  4. Assign appropriate permissions (Admin/Full Access recommended)
  5. Save changes

Network Solutions

If your domain is with Network Solutions:
https://www.networksolutions.com/help/article/adding-managing-users

Quick Steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to User Management / Account Settings
  3. Add a new user
  4. Enter:
    • Email: domainassist@countingworkspro.com
  5. Assign administrative or technical permissions
  6. Save changes

Once access is granted, we will:

  • Connect your domain to the new website
  • Verify everything is working correctly
  • Coordinate the official launch
