How can I update my payment details or change my payment method?

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period using the credit card information on file.

For our 3.0 Portal clients:

You can update your credit card or payment details at any time when you log in to your website admin at app.countingworkspro.com.

  • Click on your initials or photo at the top right
  • Click on Billing
  • On the right side under PAYMENT, click on Edit Payment Method
  • Click Add New Card on the right
  • Enter card information and click Add Card
  • IMPORTANT: On the new card, click Set as Default to save the new card for billing. 

For our Green Portal/2.0 Portal clients:

You can update your credit card or payment details at any time when you log in to your website admin at portal.countingworkspro.com.

  • Click on Settings at the top right
  • Scroll down and click on Edit Subscription
  • Click on Update Credit Card Information to update your credit card and billing information.

For our Legacy platform clients:
