Using Variable Data in Forms and Templates
Save time by using variable data fields that will fill in with your information or your client's information.
If you're setting up newsletters/forms/templates that you'll be reusing, you can save yourself some time by using variable data fields to automatically input information for you. Below you can see an example and a list of the variable data fields available for use.
Example: You, Jordan Miller of Miller Taxes, wants to welcome new clients to your firm so you set up this template as a new client campaign -
Hello [recipientFirstName],
Thank you for contacting [companyName]. We look forward to working with you!
Sincerely,
[fullName]
A new client, Larry Stetson has joined your firm and you've added him to your ClientHub. You could then send him the welcome email template and it would send as -
Hello Larry,
Thank you for contacting Miller Taxes. We look forward to working with you!
Sincerely,
Jordan Miller
To use the variable you just need to apply the variable of your choice to the form or template as shown in the example above.
