This guide walks you through how to view, upload, organize, and manage files and folders within the platform. --- #### **Accessing Files and Documents** From the left-hand navigation menu: 1. Click **Client Hub** 2. Go to **Clients** 2. Click on a client’s name 3. Click **Create Folder** 2. Enter a folder name 3. Choose visibility: - **Public** → visible to you and your client - **Private** → visible only to you 4. Click the **three-dot menu** on the folder 2. Select **Edit Folder** 3. Click **Upload** 2.
