- CW3-3571 introduces the capability to integrate Campaigns into Pipeline Automations, enhancing user engagement and marketing strategies. Users can now select a Campaign to be integrated into a Pipeline Automation, with a new "Add Campaign" option in the automation dropdown menu. This option displays only active campaigns, ensuring users choose from relevant options. If a campaign has expired and the automation is triggered, the user will not be added to the campaign, and the job will be marked as completed.
3.0 New Features, Enhancements and Bug Fixes 4/4/2024
1. ClientHub Shared Account E-Sign Enhancement:
- CW3-3570 introduces a significant enhancement, enabling the sending of e-sign requests to shared accounts. This update allows users to send e-sign documents for signature to two individuals who share the same email address. Upon initiation of the e-sign request, two separate emails are dispatched: one to the main account holder and another to the shared account holder(s). Each email contains a link for accessing and signing the document.
The e-Sign document can be mapped with the distinct client and collaborator (shared account) signature fields for both parties, enabling users to fill and sign their respective fields. Moreover, the audit trail associated with the document displays the shared account, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the signing process.
Primary accounts have the flexibility to sign the document either via email or through the ClientHub Client View interface. On the other hand, shared accounts are limited to signing documents exclusively via email. Additionally, reminders can be sent to prompt individuals who have not yet signed the document.
To create the shared account, simply navigate to the Client's Profile under Users and select the Shared Account option to designate it as a shared email address.
2. Bell Notification Improvements
- CW3-3542 Implemented an infinite scroll strategy for rendering Bell Notifications, for improved performance and user experience.
3. Pipeline Card Movement Confirmation Modal
- CW3-3568 Implemented a feature to display a confirmation warning modal when moving Pipeline Cards with attached Automations on the Pipelines. - CW3-3231 Email Sending Issue Resolved. Fixed a bug where selecting a proposal on the website and clicking "Send" required the user's email but failed to send the proposal to an existing client.

- CW3-3611 Resolved an Issue with Website Direct Payments, Addressed an issue where Direct Payments on the website were not populating with the corresponding service and price. Now, the payment page accurately displays the service along with its associated cost.

- CW3-3578 Intake Forms Counter. In the ClientHub Client View, a pending intake forms counter is now displayed on the sidebar navigation. This feature aids clients in visually identifying open items that require attention.

- CW3-3510 Contact Form Message Display: Contact form submissions are now routed to the appropriate section in 3.0 based on email matching. If the sender's email matches a client, the message will appear in the Client's ClientHub Chat. If it's a lead, they will be added to the Leads section in 3.0. Responses from Tax Pros will also be displayed in the Lead activity feed, providing a comprehensive overview of interactions. Additionally, users will receive email or text notifications indicating whether the submission is from a lead or a client.
2. Text Size Bug Fix:
- CW3-3600 Resolved an issue with text size randomly shrinking in the Rich Text Editor on the 3.0 portal. Previously, any text highlighted and formatted using the toolbar tools would suddenly decrease in point size. Additionally, copying text already in a list format from the original source would result in small text once pasted into the editor. These issues have been addressed and fixed.

- CW3-3288 Proposal Enhancement: This update addresses a limitation in the client view of the ClientHub, ensuring that clients, after accepting and completing payment, have convenient access to the finalized version of the accepted proposal.
Upon signing the proposal, clients can easily review both the signed document and payment details within their ClientHub account. This information is conveniently categorized under "Payments" and is further detailed in the Payment History and Proposal History sections of the ClientHub.

1. ClientHub Login Issue Resolution

CW3-3463 ClientHub: We're addressing a login issue in the ClientHub to make access smoother.
Problem Overview: Clients had trouble logging in if they hadn't completed an eSign with Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA). Additionally, an incomplete eSign triggered a 'forgot password' action, asking for a security code and causing a loop.
Solution Steps: To fix this, we've removed the eSign completion requirement for accessing the ClientHub.
2. To-Do Enhancement: Mandatory Assignment
- CW3-3456 To-Dos: Recognizing the importance of accountability, this update focuses on making the Assigned field mandatory when creating a To-Do.
Previous Challenge: The Assigned field was not required during the To-Do creation, leading to instances where tasks were overlooked due to missing assignments.
Enhancement Implementation: To address this, we've made the Assigned field a required component when generating a To-Do. This modification ensures that every task is assigned to a responsible party, preventing oversight and promoting a more organized task management system.
3. File Management: ClientHub Enhancement
- CW3-3414 Delete Uploaded Files - ClientHub - Client View: Introducing a client-focused feature, Tax Pros now have the capability to toggle permissions, granting clients the ability to delete documents uploaded by the client within the ClientHub.
Enhancement Overview: Previously, clients lacked the authority to delete their own uploaded files in the ClientHub. With this update, Tax Pros can empower clients to actively manage their documents, allowing them to delete files they've uploaded. It's important to note that clients will not have the ability to delete files uploaded by the Tax Pro.

4. ClientHub Payment Redirect Fix
- CW3-3437 ClientHub and Direct Payments Issue: We've resolved an issue where clients, logged into the ClientHub, were redirected back to the ClientHub instead of the payment processing page when attempting to make payments on the Tax Pro's website.
Bug Fix Overview: Previously, a glitch occurred when clients, already logged into the ClientHub, visited the Tax Pro's website for payment processing. Instead of directing them to the payment processing page, clients were unintentionally brought back into the ClientHub.
Bug Resolution: Our recent fix ensures that clients are correctly redirected to the payment processing page when making payments on the Tax Pro's website, enhancing the seamless payment experience.

- CW3-3357 Same-Day Campaigns: An eagerly awaited feature, the ability to schedule campaigns to send on the same day.
3. ClientHub Invitation Flexibility
- CW3-3353 Invitation Not Required: Tax Pros can now access client chats and documents even before sending a ClientHub invitation. This resolves a potential hindrance where access was restricted until the client accepted the invitation. Essential for those migrating from version 2.0 with pre-existing client information.
4. Enhanced Text Editor Options
- CW3-3349 EditorJS: Additional tools have been incorporated into the text editor for campaigns and newsletters, allowing for more flexibility in content creation. A particular focus is on expanding options in the email campaign text editor, addressing limitations such as the inability to center text.
5. ClientHub Appointment Button Control
- CW3-3446 Online Appointments: Users can now toggle the Online Appointments Button on/off in the ClientHub, providing more control over the user interface. Additionally, a bug related to the Appointment button not showing has been addressed.

- In the Client Hub, search for the specific client.
- Click on the client's profile.
- Inside the client's profile, go to the "Documents" section.
- Navigate to the Message Box (bottom of the page)
- Click on the three dots (bottom right).
- From the options, select "Download Documents."
- A "Download Messages" box will pop up.
- Set Message Date Range and Click "Download."
- Check Email for File: Look for an email with the subject line
"<Your Company Name> - Message History." The file will be attached as a comma-delimited file (.csv).
7. File Attachment in To-Do Lists
- CW3-3251 ClientHub To-dos: Now, users can attach files to To-Do lists, making task management within the ClientHub even more versatile.
8. ClientHub Document Accessibility

The To-Do notifications were updated, guaranteeing timely updates for managers, staff, or clients regarding their assigned tasks. Clients will receive notifications through email. Staff and managers will be alerted via email, the bell notification and the Upcoming Task section of the dashboard, all tailored based on their individual settings.
