The easiest solution is to add the sender to your safe listed section of your webmail dashboard. The first step is to login to the webmail dashboard (login from mail.yourdomain.com). At the top right of the dashboard, click on the three horizontal bars next to your name. This will give you access to edit your settings. Click spam settings and safe list. You can add either domains or individual email addresses.
