At CountingWorks PRO, our Marketing Concierge service is designed to provide agency-level results through a unique blend of advanced technology and expert human oversight. Unlike traditional SEO agencies that often charge $3,000–$10,000/month for minimal touchpoints, our software-driven platform, powered by MAX, delivers continuous optimization at scale — with most of the strategic coaching front-loaded during onboarding to ensure long-term success.

What You Can Expect From Us

  • A dedicated onboarding experience focused on site setup, branding, and SEO/online visibility strategy
  • Ongoing behind-the-scenes optimization to improve search performance, including:
    • Technical SEO improvements
    • AI-driven content and blog updates
    • Review, social media, and email automation, including our automated monthly newsletter
    • Local directory syncing and citation building
  • Proprietary tracking of performance metrics that matter most for Google visibility
  • Regular platform enhancements and accessibility updates focused on staying ahead of search algorithm changes

Policy on Live Calls and Third-Party Tools

To maintain equitable access to support across our subscriber base and preserve the integrity of our platform's methodology:

  • Live strategy meetings may be scheduled as needed, but are not intended as recurring weekly calls. Most client performance issues can be addressed quickly via email, chat, or targeted check-ins.
  • We do not support or troubleshoot third-party SEO grading tools. These tools are not affiliated with Google and often promote misleading or incomplete recommendations based on speculative data, with the sole purpose of scaring you into purchasing their services. Our platform is built around real-world ranking factors — focusing on the 90% that moves the needle for visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Subscription Billing Overview

  • Monthly subscriptions: Billed in advance each month for the upcoming billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions: Billed in advance for the full year at the time of purchase.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that business needs can change, which is why we make it easy to manage your subscription.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online portal at app.countingworkspro.com.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Cancellations must be made before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Because our subscriptions are billed in advance, prorated refunds are not provided for cancellations made mid-cycle.
  • If you wish to continue email services after cancellation, we recommend securing an alternative email provider before your cancellation date.


How to Cancel Your Subscription

To ensure a seamless experience, we offer 24/7 self-service cancellation through your online account:

  1. Log in at app.countingworkspro.com.
  2. Click on the circle with your initials (or picture) in the top right corner.
  3. Click on Billing
  4. Scroll down to Cancel Subscription and click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

Once canceled, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your billing period, and you can choose to resume your subscription at any time before it expires.

After cancellation and end of paid billing period:

  • Your account access, including any associated websites, hosted email accounts, and stored content, will be permanently removed.
  • The renewal process for any domain managed by CountingWorks will be discontinued.
  • You are responsible for any unpaid and outstanding amounts owed to CountingWorks.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Annual plans canceled after 14 days following the first payment.
  • Monthly plans.


Termination by CountingWorks 

CountingWorks reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account, in whole or in part, without prior notice under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Violations of our Terms of Service, policies, or guidelines.
  • A request by you to cancel your account.
  • Discontinuation or significant modification of the Service.
  • Requests from law enforcement, judicial bodies, or government agencies.
  • Situations where continued provision of the Service to you would be unlawful.
  • Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities.

CountingWorks retains sole discretion over such terminations and will not be liable for any resulting damages, including loss of business contacts, data, or sensitive information.
