How do I add a new client?

In order to add a new client. Make sure you are logged in to the new portal. Below is the link:

Once in there just click on "Clients" then Client List.

On that page, you will then see a "Create Client" button. You should be able to fill in all info from there.

For a client to be informed that they have portal access, you would have to do 1 of 2 things within the portal:

1. Send them a private message (even a simple "hi" will do)


2. Upload a file into their account and share it with them

Either of these actions will trigger an automated system email that notifies them of portal access and provides them a link to set their password.
