How do I attach PDF/Word files to my custom email?
When creating a custom email using the newsletter tool, first be sure to click on the PDF button from the 'New Article' section:
Then when your file browser window appears, make sure to select the file type as All Files instead of the default PDF.
It will then add that file as a hyperlink to download the file upon the user clicking on it.
