How do I Cancel My CountingWorks PRO Subscription?
if you're here to cancel, we know situations can change quickly and and although we're saddened by your decision to cancel, we understand.
Our CountingWorks PRO Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be requested prior to the subscription renewal date. When you cancel your subscription at any point during your monthly or annual cycle, your account will remain active until the end of your billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund.
Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the billing period, however, any e-Sign or KBA charges accrued during the requested cancellation period will be charged at the end of the billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, our Support Team will proceed with removing the website and any CountingWorks provided hosted email accounts, if applicable. Additionally, if CountingWorks manages the domain, we will discontinue the domain renewal process.

- To cancel your subscription click here. Once you've filled out the form, we'll be in touch to confirm so keep an eye on your phone or email to complete the process.
For our 3.0 Portal customers:

- Log in to your account at app.countingworkspro.com
- Click on the circle with your initials in the top right corner.
- Click on Billing
- Scroll down to Cancel Subscription and click on the "Cancel Subscription" button
