How do I change my Portal login email or my client messaging email?

You can change this by logging into the portal at portal.countingworkspro.com.

Once logged in, click on your name at the top right, and in the dropdown, click on settings. Once in there, scroll down to Users, then find your name and click it.

Change Portal Login Email/Password/Security Question:

In the Security section, you will see a field titled Login ID, you can update your login email (or password or security question) there. Make sure to update any password keepers or autofill to match what you have changed.

Change Messaging Email:

In the Contact section, your messaging email will show and you will be able to change your messaging email address.
