How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel my account/website/subscription?

If you're here to upgrade, great! However, if you're here to downgrade or cancel, we know situations can change quickly and we're sad to see you downgrade or cancel, but we understand. 

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be requested prior to the subscription renewal date. When you cancel your subscription at any point during your monthly or annual cycle, your account will remain active until the end of your billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund.

Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the billing period, however, any e-Sign or KBA charges accrued during the requested cancellation period will be charged at the end of the billing cycle. Once confirmed, our Support Team will remove the website and any CountingWorks provided hosted email accounts (if applicable) and will discontinue the domain renewal.

For our Green Portal/2.0 Portal customers:

  • To upgrade your subscription, call us at 1.800.442.2477 x4 to discuss which options are best suited for you.
  • To downgrade your subscription click here. Once you've filled out the form, we'll be in touch to confirm so keep an eye on your phone or email to complete the process.

For our 3.0 Portal customers:

  • Log in to your account at app.countingworkspro.com
  • Click the top right circle with your initials in it, then click Billing from the dropdown menu.
  • Select your new package from the menu or scroll down to the section that discusses cancelling your website.
