How do I edit the newsletter?
To edit your newsletter, you will have to make it active first.
To do that, you need to go to Client Loyalty and then Newsletters. Choose Inactive. Click on the small arrow to the rightmost part of the page.
In there you will see a list of newsletters. On the right side of the titles is a small pen icon that says edit. Click that and then you should be able to edit the content.
You can set the date or send a test to preview the newsletter.
Lastly, don't forget to click Save at the bottom.
