How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel my subscription?
If you're here to upgrade, great! However, if you're here to downgrade or cancel, we know situations can change quickly and we're sad to see you downgrade or cancel, but we understand.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be requested prior to the subscription renewal date. When you cancel your subscription at any point during your monthly or annual cycle, your account will remain active until the end of your billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund.
To update or cancel your account:
- Log in to your account at www.taxbuzz.com at the top right of the window.
- Once logged in, on the left hand side in the blue sidebar, click 'Billing'.
- Select your new package from the menu, update your payment information or scroll down to the section that discusses cancelling your account and proceed accordingly.
