How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication
If you don’t have the Google Authenticator App you’ll need to first download the app to your phone from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Once complete, log in to the Client Hub
Once you are logged in, click on the initials in the top right-hand corner and select Profile
Now in your profile, scroll down until you see the button, Enable
You will now receive a prompt to confirm your password to continue.
You will then need to use your mobile device and scan the QR code to enable your two-factor authentication.
You will also be given a code you can use and recovery codes in case you do not have access to your authenticator app. Please make sure to write those down and keep them in a secure location.
If you get a new phone, the easiest method to transfer your authentication is to remove the connection on the old phone first (see the specific app to proceed with the disconnection), then add it to the new phone once you get it. If you are unable to do that, you can used the codes to reinstate your Authenticator on your new phone.
