How to request help with Design or Launching your website

You can easily request Design or Launch assistance in 3.0 from any page of the website editor.

From the home dashboard of app.countingworkspro.com, click on Get Found, and then Website.

Select your website from the page.

Note: If you don't see your site on the page, you might need to switch from Published to Unpublished near the top part of the main section if your site hasn't been launched yet.

After you've clicked on your site, click the orange Website Editor button. From this page, you can use either the blue bar that says "Need help? Contact us" OR you can click the orange outlined Help button.

Those options will display a pop-up, allowing you to choose between I need Design help or I need Launch help.

From there, you can enter your notes about what you need assistance with. The system will send the message to our team who will reach out to you and help complete your requests.
