How To: Send E-Sign Reminders
Send E-sign reminders to a single person or to everyone with pending signatures on a document
Send a Signature Reminder:
There are two places where you can send signature reminders, from ClientHub or from Forms.
Send a reminder from ClientHub:
To send a signature reminder on a pending e-sign, navigate to the client in ClientHub.
In the main window, open the Documents dropdown, and select Signatures. Locate the document that shows as Pending. To the right of the Pending tag, click on Signatures. It will open a pop-up window where you can send an individual reminder, or if there are multiple people with pending signatures, click the orange Remind Everyone button.
Send a reminder from Forms:
Navigate to Forms, select Overview, find the client you'd like to remind. Click the 3 vertical dots, and then click on Signatures.
A window will pop up and you can send a reminder to one person or to everyone on the document.
