      I am a California Registered Tax Preparer (CTEC). Am I required to take an additional 15 hours of continuing education for the IRS in addition to the 20 hours required by CTEC?

      No. The courses within the CTEC 20 hour bundled package covers the IRS 15 hour continuing education requirements.
