I placed an order online what do I do next?
If you've made an online order, follow these steps to get started:

For online CPE courses, webinars, and Bundle Packages:
- Check your email for a message titled "CountingWorks, Inc. Getting started - Learning Center login instructions." If you haven't received it, check your spam or junk folder.
- Follow the provided link and instructions in the email to access your course.

If you purchased a CountingWorks Learning Center Total Practice Package:
- Look for an order confirmation email with the subject line "Order confirmation for order #xxxx." This email will contain a one-time use token code and a registration link.
- After registering successfully, expect a CountingWorks Team Update email with login instructions. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
- Follow the link and provided instructions to access your courses.

To log in to your CPE account:
- Visit www.taxcpe.com.
- Click on "Learning Center Login."
- Use your email address as your username.
- Enter your password or select "I've forgotten my username/password" to reset it if needed.
