Introducing File AI Summary — Powered by MAX

We’re excited to announce a major enhancement inside Client Hub: File AI Summary, a new AI-driven tool that helps you review client documents faster and more efficiently than ever.

What’s New

AI-Generated Document Summaries

  • You no longer need to open every client file to understand what’s inside.
    MAX can now automatically scan and summarize documents for you.
  • Simply open the Files section and look for the “Summary” option next to each document. With one click, MAX will generate a clean, readable overview that you can copy into Google Docs, Word, spreadsheets, and more.
  • This is a huge time-saver for reviewing multi-page PDFs, tax documents, financial statements, and client uploads.

Redesigned Files Experience

Along with AI summaries, the entire Files section has been upgraded with:

  • A cleaner, modern layout
  • Faster navigation
  • Better tagging and organization tools
  • A more intuitive folder structure

Your client documents are now easier to manage and quicker to work through.





Auto-Scraping: Enable Summaries Automatically

You can choose how MAX processes your documents:

  • New uploads only
  • All existing documents (this may take additional time)
  • Exclude specific clients

To turn this on, go to:
Settings → Documents → Enable Auto Scraping

Once enabled, MAX handles the rest.

Terms of Service Update

As part of this feature rollout, our Terms of Service are being updated.

After the update:

  • Auto-Scraping will be enabled by default for new uploads only
  • Clients who opt out will be automatically excluded
