Email Notifications from your Clients
This is a system generated notification integral to receiving essential communications that your clients submitted through the portal.
If you opt out or mark the email as spam, you will no longer receive these important notifications.
You can change the frequency of your communications in the portal by logging into portal.countingworkspro.com. These setting control how often you receive notifications for client uploads and messages.
- Click on Settings (top right)
- Click on the name listed under CW Hero
- Scroll down to Notifications From Your Clients
- Select your setting and click Save.
