How do I update my TaxBuzz and/or CountingWorks profiles?

To update the information on your TaxBuzz and/or CountingWorks profile, follow the steps below:

First log into the portal at portal.countingworkspro.com

You can edit the name, company name, and logo at in the General Section by clicking on the Edit button in the section you're trying to edit:

You can then change other miscellaneous information such as your profile photo, about us section, specialties, etc. below:

To switch between the TaxBuzz profile and the CountingWorks profile, click on the tabs underneath the General section:
