Scheduled Maintenance and Important Platform Transition Update

Temporary service interruptions may occur during Friday’s maintenance as we continue security upgrades and prepare for the 3.0 platform shift.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Friday, December 19, 2025, from 7:00 PM to approximately 10:00 PM Pacific Time. During this window, access to sites and services hosted on our Green Portal/2.0/Legacy server may be temporarily unavailable.

This work is part of a security-related infrastructure upgrade to help ensure continued protection for remaining accounts during the ongoing platform transition.

You should begin planning your transition to our 3.0 platform well ahead of its August 2026 sunset date for the current system. The new release offers stronger performance and expanded capabilities, so moving early will give you time to take advantage of those improvements.
