Transferring a Domain to CountingWorks PRO

Before starting the domain transfer process, please contact CountingWorks PRO at help@countingworkspro.com for guidance on transferring your domain.

Additionally, in line with Cloudflare requirements, you'll need to update your current nameservers to the Cloudflare nameservers provided by CountingWorks PRO before initiating the transfer.

Here's how to proceed:

  1. Contact or log in to your current domain registrar and ensure that your domain is unlocked and any privacy protection is disabled.
  2. Update your domain’s nameservers to the ones provided by CountingWorks PRO.
  3. Request the authorization code (also known as an EPP code, EPP transfer code, transfer code, or auth code) from your current registrar. You can either access the code immediately for copying or receive it via email.

Once these steps are completed, you will receive an email confirming your intent to proceed with the transfer. Please check your spam or junk folder for this email. Upon confirmation, your registrar will finalize the transfer.

Please forward the confirmation email including the transfer key code, to help@countingworkspro.com. CountingWorks PRO will then input the provided information into Cloudflare, the domain management platform. The transfer process typically takes up to 10 business days to complete.

If you encounter any issues or have questions during the process, please contact help@countingworkspro.com for assistance.
