Why do reviews say unverified client?
When an individual leaves you a review they must enter in their first and last name, and email address.
What makes a reviewer verified versus non-verified is through his or her email address. If you have added your client database to our system, then we will match the client with the email address located within your client list. If this email should not match, the client will have a non-verified review despite being in your client list.
If you need assistance updating a client's email address, or you would like more information on the many tools available to you, please send an email to help@countingworkspro.com.
