Why does my listing say Consumer Alert?
If you see a "Consumer Alert" warning on your profile, that can mean 1 of 2 things.
-
Usually it means that the data we initially received about you and/or your business is no longer consistent with a majority of other data out there on you and/or your business.
-
There are a number of validated reports that the business isn't providing acceptable service in the eyes of the general public and their clients.
If you feel that the Consumer Alert has been mistakenly placed on your profile, please reach out to either help@taxbuzz.com for TaxBuzz or help@countingworkspro.com for CountingWorks.
