Why does my webinar completion status show less than 100% even though I've finished all the lessons?
Your webinar completion status may appear incomplete, even if you've completed all 8 lessons, polling questions, and surveys. This occurs because we allow the webinar portion of the lesson to be rescheduled or accessed through devices outside of the CountingWorks Learning Center platform. The status will only reflect as complete once the entire 2024 Virtual Tax Update and Review Webinar series is finalized. Rest assured that completing the webinar, responding to the polling questions, and finishing the survey won't impact the completion date on your certificate for a specific lesson, as we track the webinar's progress using other criteria.
To ensure you receive your CPE credit, make sure you've watched the webinar within each lesson and successfully completed the associated polling questions and surveys for each lesson.
