Why does Step 2 show incomplete even though I watched the lesson?
Step 2 may display as incomplete even if you've watched the lesson because we allow the lesson(s) to be rescheduled or accessed through other devices outside of the CountingWorks Learning Center platform. It will only show complete once the entire 2024 Virtual Tax Update and Review Webinar series is concluded. Since we monitor and track the webinar based on other factors, this step will not affect the completion date on your certificate.
After you've watched the webinar in each lesson, please proceed to complete the polling questions and survey for that specific lesson. Although Step 2 status won't affect the completion date on your certificate, it's crucial to successfully complete the polling questions and survey to receive your CPE.
