Moving Your Domain Away from CountingWorks PRO

To initiate the transfer of your domain away from CountingWorks PRO, here are the following steps:

1. Send an email from your primary email address associated with CountingWorks PRO to our support team at help@countingworkspro.com. Clearly indicate your intention to transfer the domain in the subject line. To prevent delays, include pertinent details such as the domain name you would like to transfer and your company name within the email body.
2. Upon receipt of your email, we will confirm your request and subsequently initiate the process to generate the transfer authentication code from either of our domain registrars, Enom or Cloudflare. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
3. Once the transfer authentication code is generated, we will promptly email it to you. You can then proceed to initiate the transfer process with your new domain registrar using the provided code. Note that depending on the registrar, the transfer process may take up to 10 business days to complete.

It's important to note that transferring your domain away from CountingWorks PRO does not automatically terminate your subscription, such as your website, website hosting or email. If your intention is to cancel,  we recommend that you have an alternate email provider in place and collaborate with them to set up your email services before the cancellation date.
